The refresher course is available to families who have previously trained with Hypnobirthing Australia and are expecting again. I love creating these customized sessions!

I will chat with you prior to our meeting to learn about your previous birth experience and tailor our time together to target any areas you would like to enhance and focus on for your upcoming birth. In the session we will also revisit and refresh on the core Hypnobirthing tools such as the breathing techniques, visualizations, instant relaxation techniques and more.  

The refresher session is usually completed in one, 3-hour meeting.
